ARRL ANNOUNCES NEW EDITION OF FCC RULE BOOK

The American Radio Relay League is pleased to announce publication of the new 10th edition of The FCC Rule Book: Complete Guide to the FCC Regulations Governing Amateur Radio. This edition, edited by ARRL Regulatory Information Supervisor Norman Bliss, WA1CCQ, includes such significant rules changes as:

 

In addition, the book describes the significance of Public Law 103-408, a Congressional resolution that supports Amateur Radio.
